Akuma Cheat – External Aim Assist & ESP Overlay System
The Fortnite Akuma Cheat by Element is an external aiming and awareness system built for players looking for sharper accuracy control and better in-match information. Akuma combines configurable aim assist controls with real-time ESP overlays for players and game entities, supporting range limits, bone presets, and custom configuration profiles.
Akuma’s Aim Assist System includes adjustable FOV radius, aim smoothing, and aim speed tuning, alongside target stickiness, enemy-only focus, visible-only targeting checks, and multiple aim bone presets (Head / Neck / Chest / Body / Closest).
The ESP Overlay System provides 2D player boxes, cornered box styles, skeleton tracking, head circle highlights, distance readouts, player names, rank, platform, weapon labels, visibility states with separate BOT overlay toggles, and teammate hiding options for a cleaner overlay view. Render range and display rules are fully adjustable based on preference.
Additional features include stream-proof overlay handling, player count monitoring, scalable overlay text sizes, and a configuration menu supporting instant profile creation, saving, loading, resetting, or deletion, plus unload options for quick session changes.
Akuma is compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems and runs through external overlays to maintain responsiveness with low performance impact.
